Another important thing is to keep your body healthy. For which you need to exercise. Early morning hours are considered the best to exercise since early morning sunrays are very healthy. Throughout the day if you are active and have a high body temperature it will help you fall asleep at night since your temperature will automatically drop. Sleeping for longer hours are not what just matters. Getting quality sleep also matters. So if you have a good exercise with happy hours, you are sure to fight insomnia bravely if you look at insomnia as your enemy, you can then win every battle with it. Keeping your mind and body sane is the most important of all.
