
Wrinkles are a natural thing once we age, we cannot avoid them but we can definitely delay them or at least lessen them. But this is a long process which needs to be started during your teen life. Nonetheless here are a few things that will help prevent wrinkles and make you look young.

- First and foremost avoid sun and wear sunscreen. It is the number 1 reason for wrinkles and prolonged exposure will increase the possibility of it. Hence a proper sunscreen after checking its UV rating with a dermatologist.
- Tobacco smoking increases the wrinkles and is best avoided. Quitting cigarettes will also help you to improve your skin tone.
- Using moisturizers is not that easy during day time so at least apply it during night before sleeping and wash it off in the morning.
- Get ample sleep. No matter what your body condition is, 6 hours of sleep a day is a must.
- When you sleep make sure it is on your back. Altering sleeping positions at night and sleeping on the face leads to sleep lines which then lead to wrinkles.
- People avoid wearing specs by squinting. Stop squinting and wear prescription glasses.
- In case you fancy fish, then eat more salmon. It has a great deal of skin development protein.
- Include soy in your diet. Try drinking soy milk
- Include more fruits and green vegetables. Eat more greens that have Vitamin A, B3 and E. Eat anti oxidant rich fruits
- Make cocoa your favorite instead of coffee. It also prevents skin damage from sun.
- Do not wash your face too much with lotions. Twice a day is a permissible limit. Also do not scrub too hard.
- Do some meditation and yoga to relieve stress and be happy. Also do not over exert your facial expressions.
