How to Wake Up Early Morning?

We all try to get up in the morning and do things like jog, go to a gym, look at girls, and get spiritual and many other things. Starting a day early has a lot of benefits but a majority of us aren’t able to get up that easy in the morning. So here is a collation of things that one ought to do to wake up early:

  1. In case you wake up in the middle of the night try to go back to sleep. At the very least do not get up and walk or drink too much of water or watch TV, stay in bed.
  2. At night, develop a schedule for or even a ritual for going to bed. Don’t listen to other’s advice like drinking milk or meditating, just develop your own thingy.
  3. Try switching off the lights at least 5-10 minutes before the actual time you go to bed. This can be continued till you are disciplined
  4. Set an alarm that will ring before 8 hours of you going to bed (mind you it is not the exact time you sleep)
  5. Set 2 or 3 alarm clocks if you are really serious about waking up and make the sound of the clock really loud.
  6. Ask anyone else to wake you up no matter what you behave
  7. Place the alarm clock every night at different and far off places and the moment you get up take a deep breath and focus on your routine  or else wash your face
  8. Avoid drinking these things just before bed: alcohol, soft drinks, coffee
  9. When you hear the alarm in the morning get up, never hit the snooze button as it is the way to sleeping more.
  10. Set the time limit for your sleep, like 8 or 7 hours and wake up with a purpose.
